What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We Also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as payment methods. Unfortunately, only Major Cards Companies are Accepted.

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal data, including credit card numbers, names and addresses making it unseeable over the internet. We use the most cutting-edge and up to date security technology available to protect the security of your card information. your credit card data is processed safely. we don't keep any record off your card information nor have access to it.
Order Validation
All orders are held until all verifications are competed, per our policy. Large orders will be held while they are reviewed. unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order to a military or P.O. box address. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the billing and shipping are not the same.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unopened, and in its original packaging. Tracking number is also required otherwise refund will not be issued. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Why trackable shipping? for buyers and seller protection.

the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. we do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns. Once we receive the packages, the refund will be processed, and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking number which you can follow your package and see the shipment status.

please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the Shipping Address anymore.

 

3. Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Times

We offer FREE worldwide shipping other than books which is calculated by our shipping partners. The regular shipping time is 15-25 days. however, due to new circumstances in our economy it could be delayed.

Be aware these delivery times may become longer during the holidays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO BOX or a MILITARY ADDRESS. Also, there are some locations we cannot ship to. if you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you and a refund will be issued.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. we can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or issue a full refund. If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Customs

We are not responsible for any custom frees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

7. Returns and Refunds

Bolen Baby Brand would gladly accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

the item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. 

 the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
